The only thing that determines the quality of your life is the way you focus on things. How do people come from unbelievably painful experience and turn them around? They have harnessed the power of state management which is through focus. Some people, however, had everything they deserve yet failed in their lives miserably.

First of all, why do people want more money, business, cars or luxury? Is it because they desire it to showcase to others? Nope. The answer is that they want to change their state. In other words, they want a state that makes them feel good and vibrant.

Thus, the key here is to change the way you feel. This is going to determine the quality of your life and how you treat others and yourself. In addition, your response to a new situation changes and makes you feel more in control.

The key question is how can we change our state. There are two ways in which you change your state: change in physiology and change in focus.

We would deal more about change in focus and how it impacts the states and the quality of your life. What you are paying attention to at this moment determines the quality of your life and your destiny. Thus, it is very important to manage and change your states in a way that would help you to grow and prosper.

Have you had a massive headache at some point of your life? During that time, did someone ask you a question and you forget about your headache?And have you changed your state? What was the key factor that led to the change in your state? It was your change in focus when the question was asked.

How are people changing the way they feel and how they are successful? How could some people get rid of depression so easily?

The only way is to change the focus. That is going to determine how you feel and that is going to determine what you are going to do.

There are two things that we can do when we look at focus.

We can change what we are focusing and then, how we are focusing.

Pretend that your brain is like a camera. Suppose you go to a party and try to find people who are fighting, you would think that the entire party was just like the way your camera focuses on.

On the contrary, think of a situation in the party where there was lot of happiness and joy and your camera focused on that part of the party, how would you feel? You would think that the entire party was just like that and that is the truth. Therefore, the key takeaway here is that if you change the focus in which your camera is focusing, you can change your life in an instant.

There are unlimited things happening in our lives. But we focus only on certain things. This is called deletion. We walk around believing that our experience is real.

You can do and focus and see whether something is not working in your life and you are going to depressed.

However, there are others who would be absolutely happy despite the conditions because they have learned the power of focus.

Therefore, focus changes the feelings and in addition, that is going to make you feel happy.

This is the way in which people have come from unbelievably painful experience and turn things around.

Elizabeth Taylor is an example where she didn’t master state management. She has much money and intelligence. In addition, she has millions of fans. However, she has turned to some drugs or medications and that changed her life completely. This is because she didn’t focus on what is good in her life and focused continuously on what is bad. This is called ultimate failure in life. There are others who focus continuously on the things that are good in life and they experience life as a way of life that is better to them.

You have the power to change your state and you can do that by changing your focus. It may be true that there are some things that are not happening in your life according to your standards. However, learn to turn that autopilot and change the focus and you change your life in an instant.

This would ensure that your life is way you want it to be just by focusing on the things that are the best things in life. Learn to live life happily by changing the way you focus on things. This would help you to become confident and lead a higher quality life.

Therefore, change the focus and you change your life.
